*************************** of TSR Powdercoating in ************** is easily one of the most vile and rude individuals I have ever come across in my life. ***** did a ceramic coating job for me recently on a set of long tube headers, midpipe, and brackets. He scuffed up the bottom of my midpipe during the application, curing and/or packaging process. He admitted to this through text. I have the receipts. He wanted $100 to repair. I later decided that $100 was very unfair, because the more pieces of my exhaust I unwrapped to inspect, the more issues I saw. I felt I was being taken advantage of, and I wanted to negotiate TSR fixing their own mistakes. ***** advised me to drop it back off for repair. This took place on 12/10/23. I communicated the above listed issues with ***** through text message, and he had me turn around, and come back (50 miles) to get my things. He was not willing to fix the issues. Immediately upon arrival, ***** became a crazed maniac, stomping his feet and swearing. All because I had a discrepancy. And I didnt want to pay for his mistakes. He wouldn't entertain any adult conversation or display conflict resolution skills. Mind you, this is after he already stated through text that he had seen the imperfections on the pipe, attempted to touch it up, rather than start from scratch, and sent the finished product out into the wild. ***** tossed my exhaust on a swing outside of his home, and threw a tantrum similar to a teething toddler. ******************** then followed me to my car, cursing me as I walked. He then sped out of his driveway. I never provoked this man. I simply asked for a solution. He became immediately blindly irate and was behaving like an animal. He spoke to me like I was a worthless piece of trash. He screamed at me to "Go f*** myself!" as well as yelling "Leave all the bad reviews you want! Go f*** yourself!" Horrible experience!!So, is this how YOU want to be treated if there is any type of discrepancy? Think about it...STAY AWAY FROM TSR!!!
