      This landlord **** is a slumlord ,**** will scam you from money over charge you in rent for a dump thats full of black ************** , roof falling in , holes in floors ect! all i can say is run dont give this man you're money nor time ,he and his park manager will not fix anything and if they do its not done right ,door upside down leeks all I can do is warn others and pray that this park gets shut down as **** ***** is a horrible business owner and a fraudulent scam artist! If anyone owns or rents off of him and you move due to horrible unhealthy living conditions look out he will lie and take you to court , **** caused so much mental abuse to my family from other renters never paid for my ***** infection from trailer 36 Since 36 brought them to his park number 35,34,33 also 19 where I use to live all have them iv paid out ALOT OF MONEY for termax and was told by **** NOT MY PROBLEM I DIDNT BRING THEM ********* NOT PAYING FOR IT! PLUS IV PAID FOR CONTRACTORS TO COME AND FIX HIS DOINGS
