    Swanson and sons disposable service has been leaving trash behind in my can. I called to ask why and the men of the house told me to shut the f****** and told me off and hung up on me. She told me I needed to get other service and now they won't give me a refund on my money. I want my money back if I'm not getting service. She told me she was going to refund it and now she's telling me she don't have to. She never talked to me about any bags being heavy. And the only put 5, 13 gallon bags out there. Here's some of the text messages and she said I was rude on the phone and you can get their answer machine. I was not. All I said was my name's Robin had to. Could you please give me a call back because there's trash left back in my can. As always. I was not disrespectful to our family. But her husband told me to shut the f up told me off and then hung up on me. She said she was going to get me a refund because she canceled my service and now she's saying she don't have to. I uploaded some of the conversation. Hers is the light brown.
