    Dropped my car off 12/7/22 to have a wheel bearing done. Told the secretary that I needed my car back no later than 12/9/22. I told her I was a single mother, new to the state, & had three children, and needed the car back no later than 12/9/22. She said the car would be ready on 12/9/22 no problem. I dropped my car off 12/7/22 & havent gotten anything but their machine everyday since. Either myself or my brother has tried calling everyday since then. They wont call us back, and my brother was told it would be no later than 12/17/22. But It has not been worked on. This is ridiculous. Ive lost wages for work, and they want to charge me over $300. I also know that there is a recall for my specific car, so my brother called to see if it would be covered and she assured him again like every other time hes called that she would call him back. Still waiting on the phone call from 12/9/22 to happen, so doubt shes calling about the recall. My brother actually had to go down there one day because we just kept calling over and over and over with no reply for days, and thats when they gave a date no later than 12/17/22. I brought it there because I was assured Id have it back in two days. The car hasnt been worked on. I feel like at the very least, I shouldnt pay for labor. But honestly, this has been a nightmare. At this rate my children wont have a Christmas. Zero communication, and extremely misleading. This is the worst business Ive ever dealt with in my 35 years of living. Not just bad customer service, its zero customer service.
