    I took several high end items to this locations in hopes of gaining a profit. Because of the proximity from my residence to the location in PA that frequent for business. I could not make it working the time frame to retrieve my unsold items to to a health reason and assessment of my Breast Cancer which is in remission. I explained this to the representative in ample times. They were extremely rude, lacking empathy any humanistic quality to my situation. To the point mental exhaustion and anguish. These items belong to me-I simply gave consent for them to be a third party to sell my items. As an example when one places an item on ****-**** does not keep the item should it not sell. My husband is a 100% is disabled veteran as well as us being seniors. I was willing to cover the shipping costs to retrieve “my” unsold items. The outcome I am looking to obtain after this brash and insensitive approach is, solely the return of my items. And to build awareness that this is occurring in the spectrum. Please advise of a resolution as I am seeking legal guidance. Respectfully, ******************

    Greene Street received a letter from prior customer ******** ********* regarding an issue she has/had with our company over the Summer.  Please see our attached response.

    I am also attaching the original email I received from the first store manager she spoke with, to paint a picture of the inappropriate tone that *** *********** took with our employee.  She apparently took this tone on more than one occasion with this manager.  

    Please let me know if there is anything else you need from Greene Street.
