    Ardmore and this location are PREDATORY. They unfroze my account after I asked to have it entirely canceled and have been charging me $139.99 a month without telling me that they resumed my account. I don’t even live here anymore and they’re refusing to refund my account. I moved back in May. There was no follow up email or call saying they resumed my account. They said they sent an email, no email. This isn’t the first situation I’ve had with their extremely rude employees. Back last year I got a call from an Oklahoma location and them charging me for someone else’s eyelash services, and they’re arguing with me that it was me and I was like no I live in Pennsylvania, that’s not me. I also have a HORRID allergy to eyelash extensions that I developed at this location. Should be shut down.
