    I called this salon on Sunday, February 27, 2022 to purchase a $150 certificate for a specific "Rest on Water" floating water treatment as a gift for a friend. The salon confirmed that they provide this service by phone, but they do not in fact have the equipment to provide this service even though they continue to advertise it. My friend has not been able to use this service because it does not exist. I have spoken with Spa manager 5 times in an attempt to resolve, but she continues to tell me that they do not have this service any longer (though they continue to falsely advertise for it). I simply want a refund for purchasing a service that does not exist. Here is marketing page that does indicate at all that this equipment is broken and is not being fixed and cannot be utilized: **********************************************************************************

    Thank you for letting us know that there is a complaint submitted to the BBB.  This complaint has been addressed and the final resolution took place on 11/9/22 .  The customer ***** ************ has been refunded the full amount of the gift card purchased.  

    See attached refund transaction.  If you would like more information please let me know. Please advise if there is anything else that needs to be done on our part.
