Had my liability insurance policy produced on the 7th of June and never received a declaration until June 19th by email to my local agent, I cancelled the insurance on the 20th because I never heard anything until after the 20th and never received a bill. I was billed later after cancellation for $150 of the $625 policy. This company is a joke and i would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am out $150 and I got another policy with a great company the same day I cancelled this one as well as I had a declaration page for my cleaning business the same day. Beware of this company and when I called to pay, the guys says, well, I only take the payments, I told him I was aware of that, but I would be filing a complaint with the BBB,

I started using cover wallet a few years ago for my business and they typically recommend United States Liability Insurance as a carrier. I am a real estate investor/property manager. I brought our entire portfolio to them and that was a big mistake. They do not cover anything and will find a way to not pay out any claims. I recently purcahsed 2 properties that will need heavy repairs. I explained this to my broker in detail and he recommended a policy that would cover the repairs so I thought. We paid for it months ago, and as we were in the process of plumbing the property someone broke in and cut all of the electrical wires costing us over $12k in damages. Our policy was a basic one according to the insurance company (United States Liability Insurance) and only covered damages made by thieves exiting the property so we got an additional $60k in coverage that would only cover the door of the property not the items that the thieves stole. This was never brought to our attention prior and our "broker" didn't know this as well. Why would anyone pay that much just to protect the door and not the valuables inside? They wouldn't if they said the terms. Now we will have to find a way to get these repairs done. No point in having insurance unless your entire property burns down and even then I'm sure they'd find a way to not pay you for the damages. Such a terrible experience all around. Will be moving all of my accounts from both companies. They'll gladly take your money but not be there for you when you need them most. Lesson learned.
