    Where do I begin. What company comes to your home decides to add more work then suggested to the work order and expects you do pay for it. Then asked for an itemized detailed invoice on parts & labor don't hear from anyone till a month later, the owner then says they don't do that. What? They put a part on the furnace that was not needed charged me 200 just for that Part then decided to do 2 more things that they are charging me over 300 for. That I didn't authorize them to do. Definitely not going above and beyond for the customer. You just don't take it upon yourself to add something without the explanation & approval from the homeowner. Plus then with prices of everything now a days how the hell are they going to afford a bill of 1000. When they on a fixed monthly income? Called company to come & now fix new problems that was caused by the company employee tol me the they would be in contact today 10/24/22 mid morning that the owner himself will be coming. It is now 1pm 10/24/22 and no call no show so far. They put a part on unauthorized gave me a ridiculous high bill now telling me they don't do itemized invoiced for my records. I want my part they took off my stove back non that was working properly & new seals because he set this psi so hi my seals now leaking and now my stove is misfiring due to them not setting igniter properly. Pictures & videos available of the overflow leaving buckets of water now.
