I purchased a rifle from Operation Two Alpha over the phone. Their original description: "Custom made, but there are no markings to tell us by whom. No box or case. Pretty good condition and clean bore." Actual rifle received has a crack in the stock (not "pretty good condition". Bore of the barrel is rusty with pitting (not "clean bore"). They have not answered multiple phone calls or texts. I informed them yesterday by text I would be filing a complaint today and now get a recording that they are no longer accepting calls. Pictures attached of crack in stock with a needle inserted to show width. Cleaning patches covered with rust from the "clean bore". Rifle was also listed as 50 caliber but is 54 caliber. I estimate $150 to repair and refinish the stock. To ream the barrel out to 58 caliber will cost $215.

Date of Transaction: July 1, 2022 Amount Paid: $969.75 What the business committed to providing you: ***** (pistol)Nature of Dispute: Filing a report to utilize everything tool I can use to get my money back Whether or Not The Business Has Tried to Resolve Problem: They told me they would send a refund at first but went back on there word and told me they will not send me a refund after sending back the ***** Account Order or Tracking ************* **** **** **** **** **** ** ____________________________________________________________________________________Hello, I recently bought an ***** for $969.75 from a seller (OperationTwoAlpha) on July 1, 2022. I received the weapon a week later at my FFL dealer and could not receive the weapon due to complications. I contacted the seller ( ******) and he instructed me to send the gun back and he will charge me a $100 restocking fee and will refund me the remaining balance. I sent the weapon back on July 22 2022 and hopes of receiving my refund like the seller stated ( mind you I have all the documentation proof from the seller saying he will agree to a refund). A week has gone by and I have not had any type of communication from the seller so I left a 3-star ****** review and a few hours later received an email from the seller (******) that he will not be offering me a refund because he changed the restocking fee to $1000.00 and that I now owe him money. The seller is refusing to send me back a refund after he acknowledged he received the weapon back and told me I'm out of luck and did this to myself all because of an honest review I'm entitled to. I bought this weapon on a gun bidding site ( *********.com) Please help me out in some way because $967.75 is a lot of money. Had I known the ****** was going to never refund the money I would have kept the weapon.
