    ordered a cold air intake never received it and they made me wait saying over and over its being shipped and its too late for my bank to refund my almost 350$. they stopped responding to my emails.

    This site is a scam. I placed an order for over $1000 worth of parts that were advertised as "in-stock & ready to ship". This was on 6/29. It is now October and I have to receive any order and shipping confirmation. Repeated attempts to request cancellation and refund have gone unanswered and unresponded. This place is a scam, terrible customer services, and they don't even adhere to their own refund policy. Will not do business with them again or recommend them to anyone.

    I ordered wheel spacers that were supposed to be in stock and ready to ship. When they didn't ship within a week, I emailed customer service and got a response within minutes saying that they would check with the warehouse and update me. I emailed them back several times over the next week and never got another response or update. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company in order to get my money back.

    I ordered a throttle pipe and a turbo outlet pipe for my vw. I received my outlet pipe but not the throttle pipe. But I was never sent any tracking . Its been 3 weeks and still no throttle pipe, I emailed modded euros and the only thing I got from them was we apologize for the delay and we will check are warehouse and get back to you, and they never did. They are terrible at customer service.

    No communication, no actual parts in stock it seems. Your order will end up being a hassle to deal with and you may not get money back like other people.

    I ordered $600 worth of parts. Waited a month without any update of when these items would ship. Put in a cancellation request and waited another month without any updates. Filing this complaint today and still waiting on a refund.

    I made an online purchase from Modded Euro for a car part. The online promise would that the order would be processed within 3 days. At 3 days, I began attempting to contact them via their website to get information as to when the part would be delivered. Only once did a representative reply and that was to say he would get back to me. He did not and I've sent several messages trying to get a response but only get a robot reply. I've expressed my urgency to them but nothing had gotten them to provide me a reply. I canceled the order prior to this email but I'm sure they will not respond and I will loose the money that I paid for this part. Their customer service is atrocious and it I don't get a refund, I will allege that their business practices are fraudulent. My experience with this business has been terrible
