    Highly disappointed in this research firm. I was promised that my payment would be sent in a few days over a week ago and I am still yet to receive the payment.I did a social media avatar study through this company, for which I almost never did because the recruiter had mixed communication with the moderator for the time, luckily I ended up doing the study which was still 15 minutes late and went above the ending time. It shouldnt take over a week to pay someone if yall are so proactive about wanting clients for research. So out of touch and disrespectful of my time when I respected yours. My patience has waned.

    I heard about focus inside on ********* and reference to taken surveys and getting paid for them period I signed up period I chose 2 surveys. I had to get prescribed by answering questions related to the survey which I feel is the real survey itself period and I was told I would be contacted for a **** meeting. On both occasions I was never contacted by the company period so in short, I wasted my time, was not compensated, and was deceived. And according to information on the internet regarding the reviews for this company, I'm not the only one this is happening to. So the company is deceptive. I contacted the company and let them know i'd like to be compensated for the time it took me to actually prequalify if they were not going to pay me for a survey in fact.. Never heard back from them either.

    I was telephoned by Focus Insite many times to do a research study. The study had extraordinary requirements, among them that I sleep for only three hours the night before. I met all the requirements, traveled the distance to the location, arrived 25 minutes early and completed the study satisfactorily. I was told by phone by the recruiter that I would receive a $500 gift card for the February 23 study. The attached confirmation email issued by *********************** said I could choose a gift card or ******. Instead, I received a link to a card called Tremendous. As you can see from the attachment, Tremendous terms and conditions state that it is not a gift card. (Tremendous terms and conditions also state that it will not respond to Attorney General actions. Other bizarre terms are included.) The BBB site displays many complaints from Tremendous consumers, most reporting they did not receive the full value of the Tremendous non-gift card. I emailed and texted project manager *******************************, and emailed ***********************, several times. Neither has bothered to respond. At this point, I have not been compensated, according to the Focus Insite confirmation email. This is breach of contract. It may also be fraud. Considering the delay, I would like the promised $500 via ******. Thank you.

    This letter was dated on April 8th, however our records indicate that we had cancelled her original gift card back in March and reissued a $500.00 ******, which was redeemed on 3/15/2023.
