Veterans Opportunities offered 25 leads for free by ****** *****, one of their employees. As we are a franchisor, we agreed to try out the 25 leads. The leads were no good and we received leads from prisoners at a Florida prison and a 92 year old non-English speaking person in New York - these are just 2 examples. None of the leads met our criteria that were given to veterans Opportunities. None of the people were Veterans either. The alleged qualified leads were junk and none of the people knew of the inquiry. These poor leads (initial 25 free leads) were so bad that we immediately cancelled the service before the 25 free leads were sent. My credit card was still charged for over $1k and these leads were still being sent, to which we requested multiple times that they stop sending them. Instead, they continued to ignore our emails to them and continued to send leads. Now they have a collection agency calling, texting and emailing in an attempt to collect the over $10k that they allege is owed for these poor and non-qualified leads. Reading other complaints, it seems that this is the pattern for their company - they send you non-qualified leads and then they ignore you when trying to cancel the service and instead continue to attempt charging your card.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: The company (Veterans Opportunities) has quite a few complaints that are found via public record and a quick internet search. They should have done what they were supposed to in the first place. I do not want to work with them and this is why we cancelled in the first place. They failed to do their part and are nothing but misleading to their potential customers and borderline fraudulent in their actions. Taking money for an alleged service that is not approved nor correct is poor business practice. We want any and all future contact to be ceased and anything they allege is owed to be negated in its entirety as we cancelled on time and within the parameters of the original agreement. Unfortunately, it appears that their track record is poor and many of their practices are questionable.

      Hi ********,

We have spent thousands of dollars promoting ****** ******** and we would like to be paid for the work we did on behalf of your company. Most complaints that we have received in our over 10 years of being in business revolve around smaller brands trying to grow from regional to a national brand. Growing a franchise is extremely difficult and expensive. Most smaller brands are unable to invest in a high quality salesperson.

I would like the opportunity to work through this issue with you. I will give you a call and we can see what we can do to turn this issue around for ****** ********.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

This service was cancelled. Further, these people do not reply to emails and their phone number goes nowhere. They refuse to provide the requested documentation as they do not have it and these people are a scam. There are multiple complaints about them online and they are well known in the industry for not telling the truth.

      Regards,
