    I ordered a blower motor (***/***** Blower Motor Replaces **********) for a furnace through this company on 6/10/2022. On delivery the motor was improperly packaged and appeared to be beaten up. This is a heavy motor that has delicate electronics that have custom programing in a box with 1 piece of paper for packaging. I kept the packaging and will attach a picture. I immediately called the company to replace/exchange this part. He acted helpful, but on follow up calls nothing ever progressed past him talking to me. I probably talked to someone about this 5-10 times conservatively. He consistently blamed ***** saying they take a very long time to process returns. I became frustrated and contacted ***** to check the status of the return and they said there had never been a return filed for this. ***** attempted to contact the company to get the return filed but RapidHVACparts never responded. WIth out a response ***** said they can not directly return/exchange this for me. The motor was installed due to not having any A/C, fan ventilation, or heat to my house with out this part. On installation of this motor it obviously did not flow enough air (CFM). The heat exchanger freezes up regularly and can not cool my house to any desirable temperature. This motor flat out does not function right and is causing issues as it can not keep up with the high temperatures and I'm more worried about the cold coming. I live in the midwest where temperatures reach 100 in the summer and -20 in the winter. This motor cost me $1429.88. This is a very big purchase and it needs to be righted. I want a Refund for the motor or at least an exchange with a properly working motor. I prefer a refund over exchange due to the companies obvious lack of customer service.
