    These guys are really difficult. They don't give you any options for scheduling. They simply call you and give you a day and time, and if you can't make it, they say they will have to call back at a later date. They also do not leave a message. So, they make it very difficult to schedule, and then, the Dispatcher (Niko) is surly, unhelpful, smug and mean spirited. It's really too bad that those with SubZero appliances are pretty much stuck with these guys. I will say the service professional is a good guy once he shows up, and knowledgable. But the customer service is about as bad as I've experienced in my lifetime--as one might expect from a monopolist.

    Tells lies for American Home Shield and wouldn’t fix our fridge. I have all their lies iton Nest video and will be posting on twitter, fb and IG.
