    I wrote a previous negative review but this company eventually completed the surrender procedure for an insurance police. It took multiple phone calls but my business with them was resolved and I appreciate this.

    Experiencing severe incompetence - money misplaced, sent to wrong company. Now resolved. Numerous requests for 1099R, assured twice they were printed and on the way, but now told they haven't been sent. Unable to access online account. I am not recognized.
    Need urgent assistance. Please help ASAP.

    Voya was my initial insurance company handling my annuity.They then handed it over to Resolution.I receive a payment every month on the 15th.Within three months straight the have been late with sending the payments out on the 15th.This month they are also late and I tried reaching customer service and they are closed and it’s not even a Holiday.Worst insurance company I’ve ever dealt with.

    Voya sold my term life policy to Resolution Life. My term expired and I did not extend it or authorize and premium payments beyond my initial term. I discovered that Resolution was taking money from my checking account without my authorization. I contacted them to get a refund a month ago. They said I would get it in 10-15 business days, but I have received nothing so far.

    Now they are telling me that my refund request is "under review" but cannot tell me when the review will be complete. They say if my refund is approved, it will take 24 business days to get my money back.

    I did not ask them to extend my policy and I did not authorize them to take money from my account. Now I have to spend hours on their extremely slow customer service line (wait times very from 1.5 hours to 3 hours) attempting to get my money back.

    This company is ripping me off, and it looks like I'm not the only one. I would give them 0 stars, if I could.

    I've been told four times a check will be sent dealing with surrendering a life insurance policy. I also just got a 1099R form stating we will be taxed on about $2,000 on money we haven't received. This company is not good to deal with. Some type of legal action will probably be required.

    I have tried 3 times in the last week to contact them. Waited for numerous hours only to be told there are no representatives available to take your call. I started with ReliaStar, then Voya and now Resolution Life. They took money out of my account as "ReliaStar" I am still trying to reach a person! I would suggest people looking into a more reputable company such as "AAA" Auto Life Insurance!!
    I would like my money back since I am reading about these terrible stories!! I will also be contacting Pennsylvania District Attorney about this company's practices!

    Horrible company .. voya sold my account to resolution life. They don’t even send the right numbers, so I can set up my new account. Their hours are not helpful to getting anything done. They never told me they were transferring the account to resolution life. They are incompetent and worthless

    I and my wife have been paying our Reliastar (now Resolution Life) insurance premiums for 13 years now. Unfortunately I am unable to find my policy information. I have been trying to reach them via phone and the automated wait says it's over 3 hours. Sometimes I have waited for over an hour; but no pick up. And my email gets an automated email response.
    I have started to think that it's a fraud service and God forbid, if i ever need to avail, i will not get anything. If anyone from Resolutio Life i reading this, please contact me. Or have a call back service. If I don't hear back soon, I intend to file a police complaint.
