    I enrolled my daughter in this online high school but quickly found that what they are offering is not the quality that they represented that they offer. I withdrew my daughter but they went ahead and charged me an additional $1030 to make 20 percent of the annual fee which they claimed its their policy.There were omissions and misrepresentation by the school when I contacted them about enrolling. First, they did not tell us that there is no live classes till the fist payment of $1030 was made and my daughter was ready to start. Secondly there was little help provided to my 14 year old daughter as she was working through the coursework on her own. She was referred to seek help from tutor.com.She found the ********* not helpful mainly they help there was either by text only or if verbal by persons that were had to understand. these details were omitted when we were considering signing up for the school. As such the school should insist charging me 20 percent of the annual tuition for withdrawing for unsatisfactory experience and claiming its their policy. It is not justified to further charge when I withdrew because the product was not satisfactory or when there was omissions in the presentation of the product.
