    I booked and paid to have 4 sessions for baseball, never heard from the coach and waited for the coach to accept my calendar invites that was in his availability.Customer service was very responsive when I was asking questions about the program and how proceed with lessons, but stopped responding once I asked for a refund due to the coach not accepting any of the lessons, which is not okay since the company cites, The ** guarantee (refund policy) has you covered! If you determine the coach isn't a good fit after your first ******* let us know within 24 hours and you're eligible for a refund. We will also be happy to recommend another coach - be sure to contact our support team. Maybe they dont think that applies to us since we never actually got that first lesson.The last email I sent, customer service told me I would be updated soon, it is 4 days later with two more emails I have sent that are unanswered.I feel like Ive been scammed, I expressed this in my email, but they do not care.I contacted my bank and had to reverse the charges due to being scammed by this ********** not sure if the positive reviews are fake or not but this was far from our experience, I just wouldnt risk my money like that because the company has a trend (if you look at other bad reviews) of being unresponsive when coaches fail to show up or respond to customers, it is just bad business.
