    Sun Tan City has numerous complaints in multiple cities re: billing and keeping $$ as different upgrades expire at conflicting dates with membership. (must re up to receive service already paid for)

    Rachel - the customer service rep at the counter in West Chester was very reluctant to share any names or contact information for management or ownership when I questioned the tactic. Rachel would only write down Pete as the owner and Katie as a regional manager on a sticky note. No professional email or phone #'s.

    This location is clean and usually friendly. I asked for a refund a was aggressively denied. STC was part of a class action lawsuit in 2018 over similar practices and as I mentioned has hundreds of similar complaints across their location footprint. No need for such low end business practices. The company has received my phone and emails re this tactic.

    The sales team does not explain or provide written explanation at time of purchase or provide follow up emails.

    It seems to me STC, its owner Rick Kucker are headed for a repeat of 2018 with all the consumer complaints since then. You should search the company and subject.
