I hired them to build a new website from scratch to replace my previous one that I had made myself. The site was supposed to be made from scratch, look more modern and professional than my previous one, have a higher level of functionality, very good search engine optimization, etc, The owner lied and said the site would be built from scratch but they used this template **************************************************************************************** . The site has a performance score of 9 out of 100. The other scores are too low to be considered professional and satisfactory: ******************************************************************************************* . Other site scoring/auditing website may rate it differently but you get the idea. Visually the site has a bunch of issues as well, especially on the mobile version. The owner and first person working on my site said it wouldn't go live till I approved it, but they put it up anyway and it had all kinds of issues including spelling my business name wrong. They had a hard time following instructions, I had to spend all kinds of time telling them what to fix, each time they never followed all my corrections. The owner did not properly supervise the guys working on the site even though he knew there were all kinds of issues. Sometimes the owner was nice and friendly, but sometimes he was rude, for example taking calls during meetings. He implied, without directly saying it, that I was being overly fussy even though I was just trying to get a professional looking site (like the example shown on his site) that functioned well and had very good Search engine optimization. After a while I was so frustrated I gave up. They did try to fix the problems and make me happy, but they just aren't good at their job. I asked for a full refund on April 21 via email. I also asked *** (the owner) to provide me with login info so I could have another company work on it or rebuild it. He didn't respond yet.
