      Do not do business with this company or RAC management. They were selling refurbished roombas on Groupon as a third party merchant. It states free returns if unopened or unused in 30 days. They refuse to honor this and say they will only repair under warranty. Terrible customer service.

      Purchased a grill thru Amazon that got routed to the shady folks over at Aim to Find. While the order was in transit I noticed the terms of my purchase were incorrect. it was supposed include delivery and assembly. I brought the concern to Amazon's attention, and they told me to contact Aim To Find, and Aim To Find said not their problem. I contacted Amazon again, and they put a cancellation in with Aim to Find, who stated i would be responsible for over $500 in cancellation fees. I argued them that this was unacceptable and they cut communication with me. Amazon gave me a phone number to contact Aim to Find customer service direct. All you get is a recorded message saying they don't offer live customer service. I contacted the grill manufacturer as it was purchased on their Amazon web page, and they stated I should not do business with Aim to Find. I couldn't agree more. Unprofessional and flat out predatory. Avoid them at all costs.
