    Company put a new walkway In for my neighbors. They did not cover my walkway with is attached I now have cement covering over half my walkway with cement foot prints Happened 4 weeks ago They said they were coming out 3 times to fix but did not show up. And now they won't answer my calls

    Renovated House Krawinkel: good Morning. I send you a cordial greeting . And of course I would like to resolve that in a friendly way, I talked to her telling her that at any moment I will go there to erase the footprint marks that are there on her concrete walkway, but I received a message a few days ago that she told us not to go. I would like her to give permission so I can go and resolve this amicably. Please, thank you.

    Customer respont;  Customer 09/14/2023: Found everything I needed to know..just so your not suprised.i have contacted the BBB and attorney General offices and filed formal complaints Left 1 review so far and will file in all clas court beginning of next week. At this point I DO NOT WANT YOU ON MY PROPERTY.

    He was to come out 3 times and did not show up and hung up on mw when he called. I would like someone else to fix what he has damaged at this point. I have contacted the police and his insurance company. Not sure yet if he has paid his insurance. if he would like to pay the estimate i got at $675.00 I would accept that..but guess i will end up filing in small claims court..thanks for trying to help Karen
