    A couple of days ago I ceased to get any air flowing through my vents. The A/C was running but the blower wasn't blowing any air. I called a **** company that I normally use and left two messages with them without a return response from them. I searched the area for other **** companies and found Resolve Services. I made the call and left a message giving my information. The next day I received a return call from Resolve. I spoke with ***** and then explained my situation to him. He asked if I was available in 20 minutes. Of course I said yes. He arrived in less than 20 minutes as I was a little surprised to see him recalling that he had actually installed my water heater several years back through a different company. At the time he was the only one who would come out during weekend off hours. He was very considerate, friendly and was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair in less than 10 minutes. The A/C is back on and the cost for the repair was very reasonable. I am completely satisfied with his work and his response time in addressing my issues. I did notice that many of the **** companies take their vacation during the summer months and often enough they are without a scheduler and service tech. ***** not only was the service tech but was also managing the phone. I will be using them again in the future if problems arise.Thanks again *****!
