  This is a warning to anyone looking at this venue. I was told when looking at the venue that if I chose to book there is a $1500 non refundable deposit, but she said its not really a deposit because it doesnt go towards the actual price of the package $19,661.60. I was told all the $1500 does it buys the date from the venue so no one else could have their wedding there that day. Within a month or two I had a situation arrise to where the wedding would no longer be possible and was hopeful to get a return. I was advised by the owner that a return is not possible because its non refundable but that I could sell the date to another couple if they would like to have their wedding there on that day. I was told this in November of 2023. She did tell me she would send my information to any couple intrested in the date but she never did. The date that was being sold was Sept 6th of 2025. In August of 2024 she has advised me that the date was filled and she had submitted the request to her attorney, who never reached out to me. She then stopped responding to me for 4 months until finally I recieved a message from her on Jan 27th of 2025 stating that they cannot refund the non refundable deposit because if they do it for one they have to do it for all even though the owner herself told me it would not be a refund but yet it would be me selling the date. So essentially she made away with an extra $1500 from me and the other couple. I also was never send a copy of the contract we had signed that was supposed to be sent to me via email. This is just a warning to anyone planning on having their big day here to please be careful. Also would like to state that she claims it is an all inclusive wedding package but the packages do not include soft drinks or mixers among other things!

  A few things I would recommend after having my wedding here:1.IF THERE IS SOMETHING SPECIFIC YOU WANT DONE ON YOUR BIG DAY, WRITE IT DOWN AND HAVE ******* INITIAL IT! She made multiple verbal promises to us that she didn't follow through with(iPad at ceremony, ***************** being at our rehearsal, bridal party early access to charcuterie board, doggie care, all day limo access, valet parking, an event planner-didn't see ******* all day!2.TAKE THE CONTRACT HOME AND READ IT! not just sign it there at the meeting with her! ******* kept our wine, soda, and personal items because they were not removed from the premises at 11:59am (our wedding night) We trusted her word to be able to come back and pick up all of our items that week. When we didn't, she through the contract back at us and sent our Unity Cross via mail and kept EVERYTHING ELSE!3. DOUBLE CHECK HER MATH!******* goes quick and adds everything up on her phone and asks for that amount. When we went home and realized we were over charged, we asked for another meeting to itemize the invoice and the charges. When she realized that she charged us differently from one bill to another, she said "I have never had this happen before, I don't know what to do"?4. "MOCK OPEN HOUSE"When ******* held events for brides, she set everything up beautifully with linens, glass plates, glasses, silverware...THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED! When I told her i wanted our reception EXACTLY LIKE THAT DAY. SHE said ok! A few weeks before the wedding she said that it was a "MOCK" open open house.That glass was an add on and my PLATINUM PACKAGE CAME WITH PLASIC PLATES, FORKS& SPOONS. WATER WAS NOT INCLUDED in the bridal cabins that she charges an extra $1000 for if you don't buy the PLATINUM PACKAGE! We had to leave the venue to drive 15 minutes to get a case of bottled water!6. ONLY ONE GOLF CART TO TRANSPORT THE ELDERLY NO ELEVATOR.******* tried to cart people back and forth,but putting a 80 year old on the back of a golfcart?

  This review is completely false, my attorney has been retained to deal wuth the slander and interference. This person had a personal issue with the owner
