    I was at kennywood park on 9.24 my husband myself and my 6 children we had to leave due to a man shooting a gun. We couldnt enjoy or dinner eather as it got thrown away and my children were upset we had to leave early

    I spent $70 on Kennywood Fall Fest tickets before the 2022 shooting happened. my parents and Idid not feel comfortable with me going anymore and neither did my friend who I bought the other ticket for. I called last Sunday (Sept 25, 2022) and left a voicemail explaining the situation. When I did not receive an answer my mom called and did the same. Yesterday, (Oct 5, 2022) I tried to call again and the number was now out of service. I called again today (October 6, 2022) just in case it was a mistake and the number they have posted on their website is now out of service. All I want is a refund.

    Was there on sat 9.24 during a shooting with my grandchildren shouldn't of had to encounter a shooting at a family park my grandsons Thomas the train toys were left behind from running out of the park as well

    Went to Kennywood Saturday night with my husband and two children for fall fright nights. Running out of the park in fear due to a shooting in the park that is so post to be a family friendly park with security. My two children have been terrified since we encountered this incident. I spend over 200$ at the gift shops not to mention over 300 on games. The food that we just got didn't even get to enjoy any of that due to it getting dumped all over us from people running into us. Spent well over 100 on food as well. Not to mention half of our souvenirs got left in the park due to panic and trying to escape

    Went to Kennywood fright night on 9/24 Saturday my while family. My husband myself and our four children ages 15 12 9 5. Couldnt even enjoy ourself as there was a shooting in the park. The shooting happened right by where we were standing. We had to leave the park early due to this. My kids were all shook up and upset couldn't sleep that night.

    7/23/22 I spent 20 and gf spent 20 and my buddy and kids spent 30$ at the arcade. Half of the games were out of order, the other half took your money and wouldn't work. Skeeballs were all missing balls. I say we all only got to spend maybe half our money and that was because we decided to use the last like 60credits each on the game to win big prizes because it was only thing guaranteed to work. You are ripping off thousands of people a day and clearly aren't doing anything to fix it. You should post signs half your machines are broke and steal your money. Or shut the whole thing down. That's very shady work practice. And you are pocketing easily hundred of thousands of dollars a summer with that kind of set up. and I feel something should be done about it sooner then later. Before you pocket more innocent peoples money for services you offer and fail to fix.
