      I attended the school for 8 months and didn't get any hands on experience on HVAC equipment like I was promised when I had my orientation I had 3 HVAC Directors of the program and 2 different instructors so I transferred schools and now I can't get my official transcript after Sharon told me they emailed them to the school

      The student did attend school for the past 8 months and in that time period excelled in all of his classes. Not one time over the 8 months while attending did he express a concern about not using or having hands on experience with HVAC&R equipment. At the end of each course the student was given a survey about the course and instructor which the responses received were stellar from the student. The student was also given mid module and end of module assessments; where there is space provided to discuss any concerns the student may be having with the course, curriculum, or instructor at no time did the student address any concerns about the lack of time with equipment or anything else. I am able to provide those as needed to the BBB. The transcripts in question were also submitted directly to the school that the student requested and a confirmation email was received back from the school stating that they did receive the transcripts. I also am able to provide that documentation. The student is accurate in expressing that he had several directors and instructors. Unfortunately we had a Director when he began the program *** *** ********* **** ********** ****** and was unable to continue in the position, the position was filled with a new person who was with us until June and his family was relocated out of state. Again the position was replaced giving him three different Directors in his time with us. All students have a variety of instructors while attending due to their experience and the classes held. We want to offer our students the best instructor for each course based on their experience. Please let me know if I can provide any of the documentation to you in a way that does not divulge the identity of the student publicly.
