    The company has not honor its warranty. In December 2023, the company was hired to sand and finish the hardwood floor at my daughters home in *********, **. On February 13, 2024, I noticed issues with the floor and sent a text to the company owner, *********************************. He responded but did not commit to a date to see the issues (the polyurethane peeled off and the filler used was not sanded properly). He was called within the warranty period concerning issues with the floor. Text and voice messages were unanswered for almost two months. He eventually came out to look at the floor and scheduled a date to do the repair. He cancelled that appointment within an hour of the scheduled time advising he had an emergency and agreeing to do the work the following week. Since then, ****** has not been responsive to several text and voice messages. The company has been paid in full and has a 90 warranty policy.

    This is *********************.  Regarding your decision to close this matter on the basis it is a third party complaint, which was highlighted in your response to me, and presumably the basis for your decision, I paid for the work at my daughters house as it was a gift to her, and I was the person who dealt directly with the company.  Also, as for the resolution request, I want the company to honor its warranty by doing the repairs.
