    I called out J&A Plumbing, they charge $99 to give an estimate. I agreed, I'm aware similar companies do this. They get there & tell me $300 which seemed to be for both sink hookups. They then quoted $630 for the 2nd sink. This outrageous price I assumed was for both sinks. When I pointed out problems that were causing difficulty and they did fix those, but left the basics not done. They did not fasten the water lines into the faucet or bolt the faucet down. I called them *********** said they'd have to charge more. Eventually a manager agreed to have them come back to finish the install. They came back & finished the water line hook up, but still didn't chalk the sink to the wall which I would've assumed would be part of a complete job. Then when I'm charged I see that the $630 was for one sink & $300 for the other, so a total charge of $930. I could've had heart surgery cheaper per minute when you consider it was only about 45 mins of work. They informed me they have no hourly rate when I asked about these charges. This seems predatory in nature and the charges unrealistic and unreasonable.

    we are in receipt of your letter dated 05/07/25 concerning our customer ****** ******.  I had my general manager review the work we did for him, and he reached out and contacted Harley.  He seemed upset with our charge for service on 04/03/25 of $936, and disputed our bill by $300.  We agreed to refund him $300 (which we did via his credit card), and he seemed to accept that resolution.  If you have any additional questions or concerns, please contact me.  Thanks,

    Website said free estimates nothing about charge to come on Saturday. My wife does not speak English but can understand. No discussion of 180.00 until he gave estimate
