    Terrible customer service. I had to cancel a trip and it has been 5months since submitting the insurance paperwork. I have emailed the owner three time to inquire about the status of the claim. The owner has not even given me the courtesy of a reply.The owner couldn't be friendlier when you want to book a trip, but no replies once she has your money. Worst travel agency ever.

    We booked an Hawaiian Cruise on 10/28/22 with Eileen M**** of Thompson Tours. We paid in full $6,308.00 in December 2022. We attempted to contact her for months for information on the tour and the desire to book our shore excursions. Finally on 05/27/23 she left a message on our answering machine that there was a problem with booking the cruise for July and we could either book the cruise in July or get a full refund. We returned her call on May 31 and told her we were unable to take the cruise in August due to other family commitments and we wanted the full refund. She said we could expect the refund within the next two weeks. It has now been over three weeks with no refund and Eileen again is not returning our calls.

    I manage a hotel, she paid for a whole tour group with a fraudulent credit card. She promised a new card the next day and we haven't heard from her since. We sued her in small claims court and she no-showed. We have a judgement against her, but she has yet to even try to make it right.
