    I purchased a car for my daughter from this car dealership with a 3 year extended warranty on it. From day one with this car we had issues with it leaking oil. We brought the car in several times for this issue to only be told that there was nothing wrong with it or that the issue was fixed. The car was even towed in for this issue. The cops were unable to drive it off the road because it was smoking so bad and we were told the next day there was nothing wrong that it was excess oil burning off the engine. We didnt bring the car to another garage because we were told that would void her warranty and we even brought her car there for inspections because if she left the name of the business on her window her inspections would be free for the time she had the car. Well we all know now why this is because the issues where never being fixed properly. I finally had enough with my daughters last break down and had it towed to another garage to find out she had a blown head gasket and other issues. All this could have been avoided we were told if the oil leak would have been fixed from the beginning. A new head gasket is $4000 and we were told by the garage the car is not even worth that so my daughter is now out of a car all because this garage never fixed her car from the start and it was there over and over for the same problem and also for her inspections each year.

    I am responding to complaint #******** ***** ******** her daughter ****** ******** is the owner of a 2016 **** escape vin # 1fmcu9gx3gubb7516 purchased on 6/24/2022 with ******miles on the vehicle. We have included all service records on file text messages between the owner and customer, the bill of sale, the 2 year ***** mile warranty information which in this case the customer ran out by miles. They purchased the vehicle with ****** and on 11/11/2024 Miss ******** was here for her free inspection she had ******* miles on the vehicle back in November of 2024 which is 9258 miles over the warranty allowance of ***** or 24 months whichever comes first. The service records indicate all of was performed and given to the customer free of charge. *********************** warranty is nationwide and can be used anywhere in the *** the name of the warranty company is Key warranty. We have given Miss ******** free inspection's, free air conditioning charges, free labor hours,  free emission items such as purge valves, oil changes when the vehicle was over full from ******** boy friend who added oil thinking it was empty but the oil was that clean which in turn caused the vehicle to such oil into the turbo because of being over full. We also have numerous appointments that were missed being scheduled by ****** ******** and text messages by her mother stating she needed to get in for service because they were 1000 miles or  more over do for service which ****** did not show up for. We have not heard ********** since she had gotten her free Pa Emission and inspection and after they were told their warranty had run out ***** asked if we would look into the exhaust is loud and look into her fuel pump. We repaired her exhaust for free and did not find anything with the fuel nor did they ask us to look into an oil leak again. Last we were told was her Uncle was doing the repairs because they could not af**** to pay us to do it. We had stated we understand if you can save a few dollars go ahead. As of 11/11/2024 ******** had put ***** miles on the vehicle and we have heard from them since. Feel free to call or email with any further questions or concerns.
