    I originally paid ************** and EEB $12,000 for the Business in a Box service on October 4, 2022. My first product for the business they built launched in January. That business made $108.94 in sales. I spent $1,250 on ******** advertisements and $74/month on storefunnels.net (***** ***'s funnel software) I spent a total of $13,358.94 plus the $74/month to run the business and got in return $57.06 in profit. When I directly contacted ***** *** via email, his COO, *** ***** ******* began negotiations with me and managed to convince me to give him and his team of "ecommerce experts" another chance to launch yet another product. Of course I gave them this chance, launched this product, and as of 6/29/2023 at 12:30 PM EST, this business was launched 9 days ago and so far the funnel for the product has 256 views on the site and 0 purchases. For reference, the previous product had 391 views and 5 sales. So this product performed even worse. I of course have had to spend more money on advertisements, so far $100+ on ******** Ads and another $25 on ****** ads. I of course had to renew my subscription with ***** ***'s storefunnels.net software, so that costed me another $74. All I have done with this product is spend money and gain nothing in return. All my experiences with ***** *** and EEB team so far has been that I spend my own time and money, and do not get anything in return. ***** *** and his EEB team have gotten $12,000+ from me, while providing me with an ineffective copy-paste sales funnel, fake 5 star reviews on the product website, fake discount offer on my product website, and average-quality advertisements not worth $12,000. I could spend $500/month running my own business and that would get me more than giving ***** *** and his EEB team $12,000, especially with the prevalence of *******, which happens to be able to give business advice and write ad copy better and faster(AND FREE) than the "team of ecommerce experts" I gave $12,000.

    ******** ******** needs to be removed. We have resolved this clients issue legally. And both parties have signed NDAs and removal of any reviews/complaints.

    I can't remember when I purchased it, it was maybe 1,5 years ago, I paid $1400 for the program, I had some medical issues which prevented me from using it, But now I'm ready and when l try to login I'm presented with an offer to purchase it again. I have emailed them numerous times without a response. My purchase email is *************************** Sorry l don't have any more info to provide. I received one response asking for the purchase email which l provided. The sender was named Sam which I responded to. I have received an email from them daily but won't respond to mine.

    We have responded to every single one of this customer's emails. They all bounce back. We even messaged them via ******** but never got a response back. There appears to be an issue with this customer's email inbox. We have even tried emailing them from multiple email accounts. They all are not able to deliver to the customer's inbox.

    All this customer has to do is log back into their member's area and they will see their course.
