    This property management never helps with noise complaints. My neighbors kids downstairs scream all day and night and blast music. I knocked on their door asking them to be quiet and a kid opened the door not even parents and it was 12 AM. I made multiple complaints and recorded proof of things and they still refuse to help me even though it states in the lease 2 or more complaints should lead to eviction.

    This same tenant had the same complaint at the last property.  No one else in that building every complained or has since.  We allowed her to break her lease without penalty and moved her elsewhere.  Now the same complaint once again and once again no one else in the building is complaining.  Tenant cannot be taken seriously at this point.

    I moved out on June 30, 2022 and I left the property clean and turned in keys. I gave them the required 30 days to receive my deposit and got nothing. I went to the office on 8/1/2022 and was told the check was mailed on 7/1/2022. They told me I would hear something by Wednesday. No one ever called and I went to the office and pick up my check. The check was written out on 8/1/2022 and again never called me. I got my check and it was short $775 and the lame excuse was they don’t own the property they have to speak to the owner. I gave them until 5 pm to resolve the issue yesterday. It’s is a day later and I sent a text message to Annabelle on updates and no response again. They have been holding on to my money for no reason and keep giving me the run around. They basically also took my application money as well and never ran my credit at all. The company keeps giving me attitude because I’m pissed beyond words that I had to go to my therapist to increase meds.

    We returned 100% of the deposit we were given even when we could have kept it since she didn't technically give the 60 day notice (it was close and not a big deal to us so we never discussed or made an issue of it. )  The original lease given to us from the previous owner is not consistent.  One place it as one month's deposit and another it has two.  Typically in the state of PA if there is a double deposit, one of them is given back after 12 months so we accepted the $775 as 100% of the deposit on file.  After ****** contacted our office, I reached out to the previous owner to see if he could double check his records.  He didn't respond for a couple of days and when he did cited sickness as the reason.  He said she is a current tenant of his again and he would give her back the second half of the deposit so it appears this has been resolved.  ****** is upset because we did not choose her for another property we had listed.  Yes she paid an application fee but we had a much stronger candidate that we went with so her application was denied.  If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out.

    I am rejecting this response because: I don't appreciate that Trent said I was upset about being rejected. First of all TRENT I have copies of my pulled credit report and there is no inquiry that my credit nor my daughter's credit was ran. Get your story straight. I'm upset because you have given the poor excuse of the old owners did not give you the money. Last excuse on BBB website with another resident. I'm upset because you guys gave me a run around about my mo ey. And to check you I was not required to give 60 days I was on a month to month and only require 30 days notice that was properly given to your office. Not my fault there is no communication.  I'm also upset because you walked into my apartment with no notification and have you on camera which violates PA resident rights. Also my daughter has excellent credit which I got copies of and I know there was no other better candid5 because the same house I applied was right back into the market. Bold property is trash
