    Since October 2024, "***************" owner ****** ***** has been working on remodel contracts; however, he has halted work since January, only completing half of the projects. He always swears and makes up reasons about how he will finish the job as quickly as possible when I call or contact him, but he never shows up to do it. For the Hood, **************, Painting, Stair treads, and Pantry, he charged me in full up ahead, but he never completed the work or returned my money. Every time I call or text him, he keeps making promises and threatens to either not finish any of the jobs for which he has charged me or withhold the remaining sum. I have given him money, yet I'm stuck in this scenario

    Mr. ***** did not fulfill his comittment to completing phase 1 renovation through my 203 K loan process after receiving $18, ******. Constantly asking for money after being paid and/or telling myself and husband we needed to purchase items for the renovation when items were listed in the BID he completed with myself and my lender. I had arbitration with my lender and an adjuster came to view work completed. My lender reports if the adjuster totals dont equal the amount he was paid We Remodel LLC will need to refund the money back to Planet Home Lending.
