    6/24/25 I called to place an order for same day flowers. I was told it was not an issue having them delivered before 3pm. They never came until 4:20pm. What got delivered was horrible. Looked NOTHING like the picture on their website. I asked to have the owner call me back which never happened. I sent an email along with a picture and said I wanted a full refund. Today, 6/25/25 after numerous emails to them they said they would refund me 1/2 the cost. I told them this was NOT acceptable. I was completely embarrassed by what they sent and had to get a new arrangement for the person. Again after numerous emails to them they said they would refund $15 more. NOT acceptable. A full refund should be given. Whoever made this arrangement and let it go out the door should be fired. I will never do business with them again and suggest anyone else consider going else.

    This company is a fraud. They pretend they are local, and then never deliver the product. I was informed flowers were delivered at 5 p.m. yesterday to my Mom, and they were not. They have yet to provide proof, but they had no issues taking my money. You cannot get a *** on the phone that is local; they are not even from *******. The folks answering phones and email do not have access to anything other than answering with the same information, which is basically nothing.
