    While I was delivering a DoorDash order to a lady in ******** which was 27 minutes away from ******* I ordered 5 piece chicken nuggets and a large Coke Zero using my points one my chick fil a app and the pirates double play reward. When I got to the restaurant ****** told me they threw out my food because I ordered it an hour ago and it was sitting there for 40 minutes and I asked if they could remake it and she said not free of charge that I would have to get in line and pay for my nuggets and my drink out of pocket after they threw my food away that I used my points and pirates double play reward for after 40 minutes. This male staff member said he agreed with ****** because it shouldnt have to come out of the owners pocket. MY FOOD AND DRINK WAS FREE SINCE I ISED MY POINTS AND DOUBLE PLAY PIRATES REWARD. Theres children starving in 3rd world countries plus on top of that things happen like traffic and construction. The day before this happened I ordered before I left my house 2 of the new limited time sandwiches. Mind you I live 53 minutes away in plum and my food was on the shelf when I got there 53 minutes after I ordered. I dont press Im in the pickup area until Im physically in the store. I told them about this and they said well we shouldve thrown your food out yesterday too since it took you 53 minutes to pick it up. I called corporate and chick fil a cares and they were like what do you want us to do and you need to calm down and I dont understand why you are so upset. It takes 2 hours for chicken to be in the danger zone (spoil)
