    My business partner and I hired ***** ********, owner of Elite Painting & Flooring Services, as the primary general contractor for a real estate renovation project. His responsibilities included various tasks such as interior and exterior painting, flooring, drywall, and ********** outlined in our signed agreement before work began, ***** was also responsible for purchasing a kitchen appliance package, which was to include an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. We paid ***** $3,250 for this purpose, and he informed us that the order had been placed.However, after repeated follow-ups, ***** failed to provide an order number, delivery details, or a refund timeline. It became clear the appliances had not been purchased. ***** later admitted to using the funds for other projects, effectively misappropriating our payment. He claimed he was awaiting a refund and would reimburse us once received, but no refund was ever issued, and the matter remains unresolved.

    We went above and beyond to get to the house to where it needed to be. The best we can do now is work on a payment arrangement but we got screwed and we are no longer even taking on major renovation jobs.

    refuses to return and finish what contract states. Tile shower...re-attach baseboards, molding, trim work, seal tile, install threshold and safety grips in shower. Texted several times...ghosted or gives a date and says I promise to be there, but is a now show..He has been paid in full by check and checks were cashed ASAP, then has one day of work and will not finish....should reimburse me to pay for another contractor to be hired and finish or send his people to finish tile/bathroom remodel. Also poor ******* ship with pain job...paint is curling and peeling. Pics attached.

    Weve been swamped with work and have not had the chance to come back and complete. We are willing to refund some money back but do the appreciate the defamation going online.
