August 2024 I purchased a *******************************. This company claimed it was authentic and had it verified. I took it to ******* andCo. two weeks ago for cleaning as it was severely tarnished and they are holding it saying is fake. They also want to get the authorities involved. I contemplating taking this to the magistrate as this is $300. I spent the owner is refusing to give me my money back and refusing to speakto me. They went to ******* and called themselves and lied and said that was not the bracelet. They sold me when it was. I have picture proof of the bracelet that was sold to me. I have statement on my credit card for when I bought this item and for how much I have statement from ********************** about the item being fake I would like my $300 back. This is a disgrace. I have not went back to ********************** to pick up the bracelet, but they did write me up a statement saying that it is fake and I also have my credit card statement and my original receipt. This is not how you do business it is very illegal to sell fake items, especially for real designer prices.
