  Upon entering the house we were greeted with the smell of a dirty mop which was placed in the closet near the entry stairs. Entering the living room we observed two mix matched run down couches in which 1 had a hole and an inoperable sofa bed which no one mentioned before we used it and it got stuck which the property manager refused to assist with. Next we observed a tv stand with 2 doors and no glass and a coffee table in which both were scratched , spotted and dated. The living room blinds were also broken. Then in the kitchen we observed the dining table with 4 chais although it was advertised as seating 8, the wood on the table corner was cracked, the top of the table was damaged and the chairs stained. The stove top was damaged, most of the cookware was damaged and needed to be replaced, the cabinets were damaged. The first bathroom was very dirty all around the toilet, the tub was dirty, All the shower curtains and liners were dirty and needed to be replaced. There were obvious plumbing issues as all the sinks stop up when the water runs. The master bedroom was deplorable! Like all the bedrooms the beds were dirty old linen needs to be replaced! Why there was a twin that looked like a toddler bed placed in the master bedroom is unclear? The closet was locked and inaccessible, the bathroom was nasty the jacuzzi was dirty and dated the entire space needs to be upgraded! Downstairs the bathroom toilet leaked and it was extremely loud according to the property manager this is because it’s a “grinder” toilet! There was a leak in the middle of the game room coming from the ceiling, property manager reported this occurred because we neglected to put the dirty shower curtain inside the upstairs bath tub while showering. Of course this made no damn sense! it’s clear there are plumbing issues and other issues at this home. No CO detector in the home. I will never stay here or at any of their properties ever again.   I don't even know where to begin. I rent regularly & consider myself a very courteous renter leaving a place cleaner/better than when I found it.
  We rented a property in Drums PA from this company for $1000 per night and it was a disaster.
  Our trip began with a simple common courtesy request that was turned down with a rude & condescending response from the host right off the bat. They have a "rule" that says you have to report damage by 7pm on the first day of arrival. I was flying in from CA with a child & a handicapped husband that night & was not even getting in until 10pm. I asked if I could have an extension until the next day to look over the house & report any damages. The host rudely responded "you don't get to make your own "rules" with this rental, the damages must be reported by 7pm". So we started off that way. I reached out to the owner and he told me to deal with the property manager only....
  There is so much and so little room to write but a warning to those that want to rent using this company.... The place we rented was a short sale flip. They put lipstick on a pig & tried to rent it for way more than it is worth.
  Here are some of the things broken and terrible about this place. The place is not up to code and this will be reported to the city. Path lights outside not all working (dangerous), trash cans full when we arrived with maggots in them, protruding nails in the wall by my kids head in one of the bunks as well as protruding nails in the floor threshold of the master, main toile t does not work, there are big holes in the deck, broken fridge (leaks interior water everywhere), you can't use any closets as they are jammed with junk, bunks are not sturdy or safe, you can't really use the downstairs shower as the water just shoots out the door all over the room and floor, many broken things, not very clean... so much more but most importantly they are not nice or courteous to their renters.

  As a property manager, Adam was rude, dismissive, and threatening. We rented a location from his company for a family reunion and it was largely misrepresented. When confronted about it he became angry and threatened to kick us out.
  This is an unprofessional operation and given the misrepresentations in their listing, I would say untrustworthy as well.
