    I made a $2,500 purchase from Madona Antiques Gallery through their **** shop. Madona Antiques lied about shipping my purchase and now has disappeared with my payment and is not responding.

    Madona Antiques Gallery LLC, have been in business since 2012 , and this is the first time ever we have an issue like this.
    We mainly sell online and we use four different websites **** / **** / ******** and ********.
    Please check our reviews on all of it ,and you will see all the great feedback we have.
    This customer bought a pair of nightstands Marble top and marble inside the compartments. They are very Rare and very fragile. That's why we decided to do white-gloves home delivery service instead of ***** , to make sure it will arrive safely and in great condition.
    This pair was picked up from our store located: *** *** ** Whitehall PA ***** , by *** Express company Phone number : ###-###-#### . 
    I can provide a proof of pickup , or if you like to contact them directly that's absolutely fine .
    The customer wasn't patient at all, The shipping company contacted her to arrange the delivery but she stopped answering the calls and decided to cancel the order.
    We accepted the cancellation of this order , and her money was refunded through ****, I also have proof of that.
    She has left us bad reviews on **** , and Three bad reviews on google using three different accounts.
    This is unfair for our business because we tried to contact her and solve this issue but she didn't want to do it the right way ,  instead she wanted to write a bad review to harm our business. 
    This is what we got because we tried to make our customer happy with her purchase.
    This is my first time dealing with an issue like this, so please let me know if I need to provide any proof or any other information.
