    My fiance and I have lived here for over two years and we just signed a lease for another 15 months. We like our apartment and the community, but have issue with the front office and maintenance. Saturday November 25 we were calling the emergency maintainence line all day with no answer and the front office was closed because of the Holiday. At 11:30pm that night our toilet was clogged and overflowing, out front the sewer line where all the apartments must connect from was even overflowing, leaking sweage over the parking lot. Still no answer from the emergency maintenace. So we called a 24 hour plumbing service to come and fix our toilet as we only have one in our apartment. The plumber had to do several things, one of which snaking all the way to 75' where he said there was a clog somewhere in communal line. The bill was $1,036. I went down to the main office that Monday. I spoke with the Administrative Assistant at the front desk who was extremely nice and quite empathetic to our problem. She said the Manager was not in but she would give them the reciept and explain that we tryed contacting the emergency maintenace all day, which we have record of on our cell phones. I have yet to hear back from any manager even after several emails.
