      I had 2 bad teeth that were giving me problems and had to get them removed and had to get partials for replacement of which did not fit properly and needed to be adjusted. Once I returned the partials for adjustment, I was then called to come pick them up but when I arrived, dental dreams had lost them. I then had to go through the whole process again to get another set of partials just for dental dreams to loose them again. At this point, I need to find another dental office to get some partials cause this place is very unprofessional. I am ****** that I have to walk around with missing teeth even longer now????

      My mother was treated at this office, the first dentist that treated her was awesome! Once he left it has been downhill. My 87 year old mother had numerous dental procedures, she was fitted for dentures and waited a few months to get her teeth. They did not fit, it was too big and kept falling out of her mouth. They adjusted the dentures, and yet again they had to be returned. They informed us that they will send the dentures to Florida, to their lab for another adjustment. Today we were informed that they LOST her dentures! For month she has not been able to eat solid food, and now she might have to wait a few more months for new dentures.

      The dentist was a young woman , who took 2 hours to drill out several cavities all the while complaining about being jittery due to too much caffeine. She then said she had to go home, leaving me with exposed nerves and pain . All I wanted was to be assessed for an upper partial and she kept saying I needed to have all remaining teeth extracted . Her assistant kept sneezing and coughing in my face. My friend was with me and can confirm all facts. I then went to see my social worker who witnessed the botched work and to file this complaint.
