Poor managment, toxic enviornment, high school esque enviornment and behavior from adults, zero accountability from managment, zero corrective action, zero direction given, even when you went above and beyond they would never compliment and just find something to complain about every time, zero self accountability, zero communication, no team building, money missing/stolen continuously - no action made, illegal activities, no training, no ability to communicate first - even if you communicate first no real action, food safety failures, no safety certifications and no willingness to get recert., poor rapport building skills from & between, do not understand how to keep personal and work separate, sexual harassment and bullying prevelant in speech. Multiple instances of sexual harassment being reported and being complicit and outright saying there is nothing they can do about it - regarding a minor and adult - both employees. Very hypocritical culture - always needing drama. Always like they were always hiding something - did not like it when you came to them with concerns or too many questions. Requires trainings, for multiple skills and situations, periodically. Experience does not keep you from being human and making mistakes, it likely makes you more susceptible to becoming highly complicit. It is such an easy job, so much can be accomplished in one day if you build rapport with team and work together, but that requires taking the time and spending it working with your team, not holed up in an office. Food safety concerns - inaccurate verbal training about food bourne illness and other contaminants, failed to inform females to put their hair up in the kitchen while they're making food. Failed to inform employees to wash their hands or put gloves on because "the heat of the oven will kill anything" - the heat of an oven will never kill E. Coli and other bacteria, that's why you wash your hands and/or wear gloves. Please educate and train individuals accurately.
