    Subject: Uninformed Changes to Membership Agreement and Unauthorized Charges Complaint:I am filing this complaint regarding Planet Fitness, which has charged my account without informing me of any changes to the membership agreement I originally signed. I joined Planet Fitness as a Black Card member, and my agreement did not include the charges I incurred.Recently, I noticed four charges of $25.53 each on my bank account. These charges were not in the original agreement I signed when I joined. Upon speaking with ******** from Planet Fitness, I was informed that agreements cannot be altered, even if a member transfers to a new location. However, it is evident that changes were made without my knowledge or consent.Despite canceling my membership, ******** refused to process a refund for the unauthorized charges and instead advised me to dispute them with my bank. This is unacceptable, as Planet Fitness has failed to inform me of any contractual changes and did not obtain my signature or confirmation of these changes.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a full refund of the unauthorized charges totaling $102.12 (4 x $25.53). I also request that Planet Fitness review its policies to ensure customers are adequately informed of any changes to their agreements and that proper authorization is obtained.Planet Fitness has failed in its duty to maintain transparent and ethical business practices.     I am trying to cancel my minor child's membership through my online account. The app has blocked my access; therefore, I can no longer gain access to my online account via phone or computer. I have entered the correct e-mail and password when logging in. When I select "forgot password" it does not send a link to the e-mail address. This is interfering with my ability to utilize the electronic cancelation process. I have explained to the facility staff due to medical issues I can not get to the facility. I am getting some interference that I did not experience when canceling my adult membership online.
