      Horrible service and a SCAM.Quan was hired by my general contractor to make a while installation for a large apartment.Once ready to put in service and while fully paid Quan extorted me $500 to add freon (as if it is worth that much and not included in the already FULLY paid invoice). Still not working he then requests another $300 just to finish his job .... I spent weeks texting him a daily basis to get him to come, constantly being lied to until we start threatening to put a mechanical lien on him and magical he becomes available.To yhis day, months after it should have been finished rhe installation still doesn't run. ************************* sent 2 technicians today to check ****** work. It is a disaster. The cabling of the unit was WRONG, the freon he added is too much and needs now to be vacuumed out and replaced. The outside unit was not powered properly and they confirmed I should have never been asked to pay for extra freon to begin with.Quan is a liar, a bad technician and I will take him to court soon. Enjoy the money you stole.?

      On June 11, 2024 I hired CQS Hvac I paid ********************* half deposits $7500. He came in for two 3 hour work days to install ductwork. The duck work is still not 100% complete. I paid him $2500 to start and when the duct work was finished he lied saying it was done and it was not completed I thought it was finished, he told me i took his word on it then I paid him another $5000 to buy more materials two new ******* 4 ton condensers material for a/c compressor lines etc and Ive never seen the materials as of yet so after I paid him when I called him. He wont answer the phone when I text him. He keeps giving me false promises he is now asking me for more money when on our agreement was half up front going on over two months , and my project is still not completed He left my wooden floor damaged. The ductwork was installed very sloppy and he is not coming back to finish. I need to get this project finished or my money back. I got in contact to his past clients every one of them I did get in contact to told me he never come back to finish the job he is a con artist a scammer.

      I signed the contract on May 2nd 2024 to get brand new air conditioning and hitting unit.It's been over 2 months it isn't complete, and I've got sloppy unacceptable service paid $9, 800

      Job is not complete, I paid 100% what he asked for, bay extra materials which I did not had to buy over $650, he's demanding $450 extra on top of that to finish the unit. I don't want him to finish the job personally. I will hire professional HVAC company to finish rest of the work.
