    Not recommend. We feel Spectrum Homes in ********* PA did not value us as customers. Warranty work remained unfinished for over 1 year with their subcontractors telling us 1 **************************** giving contradictory reasons for faults. Planning/promises would change without notice, "forgotten" discussions leading to multiple occasions of us having to show documented "proof" of contract agreements/email trails caused us to lack confidence that ********************* were fully aligned.Project management was poor. Issues with porch posts being 1/4 inch off causing our entire porch roof to be uneven, installation of wrong siding, deck steps were missed, plumbing & electrical rough-in heights were mispositioned not accounting for laundry appliance risers repeatedly mentioned & documented, many areas of careless "finish" work including: partially caulked window; shower grout holes; shower threshold pitching outward; uneven ************** cabinet hardware; poor cuts to deck; flooring miscuts; cracks, dings & uneven trim work; paint drips throughout; varnish spills left to dry on stairs. **************** caused issues including new chips in concrete, porch beam wrap damage, mismatched paint, uneven *************************** to porch wrap & unfinished seal to beam wrap leaving it open to water, pests, and unsightly. Inside would not address some previously agreed upon work, cut corners on repairs & worsened already poor situations to flooring.EDIT: May 2025-We moved in 2 years ago in March. Every floor in our home is having an issue. Must get guest bath completely retiled as the grout has come apart. All LVP flooring and subfloors under carpets creak. Paint on exterior doors is beginning to peel. We had to pay for an independent electrician several months ago to spend 3.5 hours to go thru our entire kitchen to figure out why the power was out to all outlets. Loose wires in the **************. This home build is abysmal for a new home only 2 years old.
