    - Date of the transaction: 6/21/23 - $600, 10/30/23 - $1,206.80 - The amount of money you paid the business: $1886.80 in total - What the business committed to provide you: Paul Sajnani promised to provide us with professional-grade wedding photos for our wedding on October 8th, 2023. - What nature of the dispute is: As per his website, he says “The success of my wedding photography has really resulted in exceeding the expectations of all my clients”. The wedding photos we received were very disappointing and did not meet our expectations of a professional wedding photographer. They did not match the quality of many photos that are displayed on his website. - Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: On November 1st, 2023, I emailed Paul regarding our disappointment with the wedding photos and he responded on November 4th, 2023, defensively and in an unprofessional manner. He called me at 8:00pm on Sunday, November 5th and left me a voicemail and sent unprofessional and frantic text messages regarding the matter. He has not offered any type of resolution, such as refund. - Account/order/tracking number: Invoice #****** - If the issue involves advertising, when and where the ad was seen: As of November 6th, 2023, Paul displays photographs on his website (******************.net) and *********** page (****************************************************************************************) that are stolen from other photographers and businesses. We found that Paul stole over ten different photos from others and has them advertised and displayed as his own photos.
