    On October 28, 2022 I donated plasma at Octapharma plasma. I was told i would receive $100 for my donation. I was told that i would receive my full payment for the donation. After I started my donation the phlebotomist allowed my blood to clot and they still restuck me assuring me i would receive my full balance. They ask if i had ever stopped the process early i told her yes and she said i would receive my full payment

    After my investigation into this complaint I have determined ********************* should have received full payment for his visit.  I have completed a payment of $74 to bring his total for that visit to $100 since he received $26 the day of the visit. I have attached a screen shot of the payment. If there is anything else you need please let me know.

    I am rejecting this response because: Its been almost two since this issue and ive missed out out things I needed with the money  that was rightfully old to me. I believe i am owed a full 100$ at this point and the 26$ can be some type of interest for holding my money.
