Stay far away. I've had multiple issues with them over the 2+ years I rented with them starting shortly after I first moved in, including lack of heat, plumbing and hvac issues. But the most glaring insight on their character is the bat infestation and how their handling of it over the course of three summers. They claim they've taken various actions, but I received no notice of any of them and never saw them come to do them, so take that as you will. Every summer, bats would come into the attic and make their way into the living and common areas, worsening each year. They've known of this the entire time and the only thing they actually did until this summer was order a draft guard for the door to my unit, which still allows them into the common area. Trouble is, they didn't actually bother to install it until a year later after more got in. I ended up having direct contact with a bat, leading to me needing rabies vaccinations (a 16k bill) which they have decided to totally ignore and instead tried to make me feel sympathy for their own bills for finally fixing the problem. I decided to leave after the third year of living with bats and tried to reason with them into shortening the notice time based off the circumstances. They offered to try to move someone in before 60 days, but conveniently ended up signing someone for the day after the lease would've been up. I ended up moving out a month early, as with their proposed "offer" I couldn't stay there until the last minute if they actually did intend to move a tenant in before, and because naturally I didn't feel safe living there I was not even living in the apartment for weeks before I officially moved out. I scheduled a walkthrough for when I was done doing my part of turnover, which they didn't even show up like they agreed to and asked for the keys back early. They still charged me last months rent and even had the audacity to try to ask me to pay for them to use the electric after I was gone.
