      This is an automotive paint store. I provided the paint name and color code. I was informed that the paint might differ slightly. New paint to old. I get that. I spent $49 almost $50. I received the wrong paint. The name was completely different then I privies. I went back to the store to ask if they could remix it and was told Im out of luck theres nothing they can do for me. I feel thats not very good business. They wouldnt even attempt to help resolve the issue or look into the right paint mixture, instead just simply your out of luck. Its like wasting throwing $50 in the garbage. I work very hard for my money just to waste it like that. There are companies online who can mix the right formula and I tried to explain that and asked that maybe they reach out to find out what mixture is needed but they dont care.

      Dear *****************, I am trying to discuss this complaint with your office by fax as well as phone
      with no response. I would like to address this issue with you personally. I am proud to service that I have given to  the Body Shop industry for 36 years all with our headquarters based in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. with 45 locations. This ****** **** has unrealistic expectations of a 15 year old vehicle color matching after it has weathered, my store was only supplied the paint code without the knowledge of what year this was going to be applied to; we expect that someone that comes into a COLOURS INC store has experience in painting automobiles. ** **** should have taken this work to a certified body shop to have the work completed. Ex: I can’t imagine that someone would install an electrical breaker box in their house by themselves even though it could be sold to them at **** *****. I have reviewed this with the manager of my store in Wilkes-Barre this is as close to the detail as he can recall after reviewing the sale’s invoice.
             I understand your policy if this proceeds further my company will have to file false claims against ** ****. This will in no way involve the
      BBB as you were only filing his complaint; I understand your position.
          I hope that this is as detailed explanation as you would need to dismiss this complaint. I would hope that you will send me a letter allowing me to know if this explanation is sufficient and to receive a notification to ************

      I am rejectingthis response because: I feel like the company's response shows the toxic nature of their business practice.   Anyone who knows auto body knows that NA for that year has different variations which I tried explaining and showing them online to the staff who are not knowledgeable with paint.  A good company would try to make things right but their negative reviews show what this company is about.  If you pull the video tapes of my encounter you will see my numerous attempts with the clerk who also complained about being short staff and not knowing how to use their computer system. .  I also came with the original window stick year make model.  A false claim against me is very childish and will be included in my testimonies and suit.
