    Walter o Boyle approached me on a commercial project I was contracted on in downtown Wilkes-Barre for a mutual friend of his. He begged me pleaded for help I told him I was too busy. He offered me a good package hourly I told him I need a few weeks to finish my contract projects I turned down work for my business and went to help him he was paying cash sporadically always way behind on payments he gave me the oversight on the project. I constructed the project got it up to the roof essentially rebuilt the house and added a second floor. I got to a point where my girlfriend and I were gonna buy a house. I asked Walter if he would keep me employed through the process because I need to come up with money for the down payment. A sizesble amount. He promised me Work would be there meanwhile my girlfriend has a stroke. I still get Walter all of my time that I can provide taking away time from my girlfriend. He avoids me and the other employees on Friday sneaks out he’s never on the job ever provide product. I put over $500 of my own money into the project to keep it moving. I work for three weeks he tagged me a long promising me he’s gonna pay he throws me 500 three weeks ago 1000 two weeks ago he owes $4266. He cowardly leaves $550 in his mailbox because he had to move basement furniture in his house because he is a coward and can’t face me. and laughs at me knowingly that I’m gonna be able to get the house and I lost my $2000 deposit the man is a monster. He is ripping off the customer and he does not know how to run a business. There’s never any product is never on site comes back and bitches and nothings getting done and we can’t do it because there’s no product please stay as far away the specimen as possible. Then he threatens me and my safety. I am pursuing legal now. He baited me and played me well. He talks a big game until it comes time to pay. How do you subcontractors on site we’re getting ripped off by him he does everything in cash no paperwork, no prrmit
